General Provisions
These terms and conditions define the terms of use of apply to all retail orders placed on our online store. By visiting the Weddarch website you tacitly accept and agree to the terms and conditions below.

The Service Agreement 
You don’t need an account to place an order with In order to be processed, you must provide us true and accurate basic data: e-mail address, name, and surname, phone number, address, postal code. 
However, you wish to be informed about our newsletter you must subscribe with your e-mail 
address and we will send you the most recent news about our products and sales. 

All prices on are quoted in Pounds (£) and may include 20% VAT that is 
recorded on the final invoice. Delivery charges will be added to all orders before payment. 
We reserve the right to amend or increase any prices at our own discretion without notice.

To dispatch a full payment is required. We accept PayPal and credit cards payments (Visa, 
MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway. Payment options on check out will be given. We ensure a secure payment transaction each time. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit card or your PayPal account by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent.

Your order will be processed and dispatched in 2-3 working days from receipt of payment. 
Before you checkout, there are delivery options you can choose from. Our delivery partner is the courier company HERMES. A tracking number is offered for each parcel. When placing your order with WeddArch you should receive your parcel by signature. WeddArch cannot take any responsibility should the order not be received, we recommend for all orders a signature is obtained. Should you refuse to sign for your package within these 14 days you will be liable for any cost incurred by us for the goods being returned.

We cannot be held liable for any loss including consequential loss if a product does not arrive on time. Should your order be returned to us by our courier due to a refusal to accept the goods, non-delivery caused by the incorrect address being given, or non-collection of your goods from our courier, we will recover our costs in the return of your order which will be charged additionally.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom - £9. 
International delivery - £40. 
Express delivery - £30 within the UK.
Every item is made from high-quality sustainable materials and carefully verified before shipping. For extra peace of mind, we give a 6 months warranty assuming normal use and 
protection, any mechanical or environmental exposure excluded. Normal use and protection are considered keeping in an optimal environment temperature ranging from 42 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit with roughly 70 percent relative humidity, avoiding direct sunlight and moisturizing. 

WeddArch assumes no responsibility for product damages resulting from installation or user modification. All warranty claims must be submitted to All claims should be settled in 30 working days from submitting day.

Returns and refunds
We hope you love our products, and every order gives you the best experience. Therefore we 
kindly ask you to review your order before you checkout. However, if for any reason you are 
dissatisfied contact us to arrange the return of the items within 30 working days after receipt. We can only accept the return of goods if they are unopened unless they are received damaged. A personalized item cannot be returned. You can return an item that was received either faulty or damaged within 30 working days after receipt by sending us an email with your order number and a photo as proof of damage.

If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at with your order number and a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or the product replaced. Please note that if you accept a damaged parcel knowingly, the damage must be specified on the courier driver and signature terminal for our records.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed once we have received the item back. Return postage will only be refunded in the case of a replacement due to damage, fault, or receipt of tems not ordered.
